Animal Surrender Requests

Important Update on Animal Surrenders

At this time, Faithful Friends Pet Rescue & Rehoming is not accepting new owner surrenders. To maximize our impact, our resources are currently dedicated to pulling at-risk animals from municipal  shelters.  

For Previous Adopters: If you need to return an animal that was previously adopted from us,  please fill out the Animal Surrender Form below. We will always do our  best to take previous Faithful Friends pets back into our program.      

One form is required per animal.

Please note: Submitting this form is NOT an agreement that Faithful  Friends will automatically accept the animal. All requests are evaluated  to ensure we can provide a suitable home that meets the animal's  specific needs.
